Oils to a beautiful chestnut brown

After every ride, wipe sweat and dust with a damp cloth, then apply a pH‑balanced leather cleanser. Once a week during heavy mileage—or monthly for lighter workloads—condition the bridle. Remember, Edgewood’s vegetable‑tanned leather darkens with each oiling, so plan your conditioning schedule with future color goals in mind. Many hunters stop oiling once the bridle reaches a deep mahogany, then switch to a light conditioner to maintain luster without further darkening
